IMA World Health 50th Anniversary

Fifty years! What began so humbly in 1960 as Interchurch Medical Assistance has not simply survived fifty years. Instead, it has become a thriving, vital, significant contributor to the health of millions. Millions in Haiti. Millions in DR Congo. Millions in Tanzania. And the impact keeps growing in Southern Sudan, India, Togo and many more nations.

To celebrate its first 50 years of health partnership and service, IMA has invited our partners and supporters to a celebration event on Wednesday, October 6, 2010. This special event also will highlight IMA's work in Haiti and around the world, and will feature the announcement of a very significant and exciting new partnership to mark the beginning of IMA's next 50 years of serving the health needs of the developing world.
