At IMA, we take fiscal efficiency and accountability very seriously. We aim to keep overhead expenses as low as possible to ensure that the maximum percentage of every dollar we receive helps to advance health and healing for vulnerable and marginalized people in the developing world.

For the second consecutive year, IMA has been included in Forbes magazine's
Top 200 Charities.

In addition, Forbes ranks IMA as one of the 20 most efficient among that group. For five consecutive years, we have also received Charity Navigator's highest efficiency rating.
