New Windsor –IMA World Health has joined InterAction, the largest alliance of U.S.-based international nongovernmental organizations focused on the world's poor and most vulnerable people. IMA joined InterAction because of the many benefits, including advocacy and representation on behalf of the more than 190 member organizations.
InterAction's weekly publication, Monday Developments, has long been recognized as an essential source of information on humanitarian activities worldwide. InterAction's Private Voluntary Organization (PVO) Standards gives members clear guidance to ensure the integrity, quality, and effectiveness of member organizations and their programs. The opportunities for meaningful collaboration and sharing of best practices lead to stronger partnerships and relationships.
