Since 2009, IMA World Health has worked closely with the Christian Social Services Commission (CSSC) on the USAID-supported Tanzanian Human Resource Project (THRP) led by the IntraHealth Tanzania office.
In this project, IMA is providing technical assistance to CSSC for implementing the rollout of a nationwide human resource information system (HRIS) that will support all the faith-based and private sector health institutions in Tanzania.
IMA is also working closely with the IntraHealth International software development team to assist CSSC with the required customizations to their FBO/Private sector version of the HRIS software.
