Did you know? |
In post-disaster areas like Haiti, children tend to roam over wide areas in search of food and water, dramatically increasing the spread of disease.
Fortunately, there are easy ways for kids to prevent disease and stay healthy, including frequent hand and face washing. Unfortunately, even basic hygiene products are often scarce in the developing world.
To help children improve hygiene and keep disease at bay, IMA World Health has developed Healthy Kids Kits—a small but powerful package containing a bar of soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, skin lotion and a new washcloth.
Just $15 provides a Healthy Kids Kit for a child in Haiti.
