IMA has developed Safe Motherhood Sermon Guides to provide Christian and Muslim religious leaders the appropriate information to educate their communities about issues surrounding pregnancy and newborn child health.

Sermon Guides

As part of the ACCESS Project, IMA World Health developed a set of sermon guides to help both Christian and Muslim faith leaders promote better maternal and child health practices through their sermons.

French translations are also available on our Technical Publications page.

Rwanda Guides

As part of the Safe Birth Initiative, IMA partnered with Reseau Des Confessionns Religieuses Pour La Lutte Contre Le SIDA (RCLS), the Ministry of Health and JHIEGO to develop a Rwanda-specific guide, translated into English and Kinyrwanda, for both Christian and Muslim leaders.
