In Tanzania, orphans Sharafa and her younger sister Rahma live in a one-room hut with their widowed grandmother. When an IMA field officer with the Orphans and Vulnerable Children program met them, they had only rags for clothes, and had no access to health care.

Without help, the orphaned sisters would not be able to continue in school and would be susceptible to any number of threats to their health. Their future would be bleak.

IMA met their need for decent clothes and access to health care.

"My grandchildren are now happy, getting health services and playing with other children," the grandmother said while shedding tears. Hope and dignity has been restored to these little girls.

Lives are being saved and restored every day thanks to your caring support.

Every donation makes an impact for someone in need. Please join us in saving lives and advancing health by providing a gift today.
