Help us fight childhood cancer today!
Veronica is one of the fortunate children who have been cured of her cancer through the Burkitt’s Lymphoma program in Tanzania. But for many suffering from this highly aggressive – yet curable – cancer, the story is very different. Can you imagine your child or loved one being diagnosed with cancer and the treatment is out of reach? Fighting an aggressive childhood cancerFor years, IMA has been fighting Burkitt’s Lymphoma (BL), an aggressive childhood cancer, that can be fatal if not promptly diagnosed and properly treated. The good news is that BL is highly treatable. With a quick diagnosis and chemotherapy treatments, BL can be cured and children go on to live healthy lives. IMA’s Burkitt’s Lymphoma Treatment Program actively trains health providers on diagnosing and providing case management. This program also purchases the essential chemotherapy drugs, helping children get the treatment they need to beat cancer! This program is solely funded by individuals and small grants from family foundations, which is why your gift is so important to these children.
We need your help!Amazingly, each cycle only costs $150. That total includes the chemotherapy drugs and training - so a child can be cured of Burkitt’s Lymphoma for just $900. Please make a donation today, knowing with 100% certainty that your gift will help to save a child's life!
